You can automate renewals with zero coding using the following stack:
1. Form Builder (Tally.so / Jotform)
Customers choose their plan and fill details
Data gets stored in Google Sheets or Airtable
2. Automation (n8n or Zapier)
Trigger when new row is added
Automatically sends M3U or creates account via panel API
Sends email or Telegram message
3. Renewal Reminder
Set expiry column
Use Google Calendar or email tool (MailerLite)
Sends notification 3 days before expiry
Example: A user fills the form, automation creates their Xtream line and sends it to them instantly via email or chat.
