If streams play fine locally but buffer remotely, suspect your CDN. Many cheap or misconfigured CDN providers throttle IPTV traffic. Tools like mtr and traceroute can help confirm high latency zones. Try temporarily disabling CDN and testing with direct IP to see if performance improves. Choose CDNs that support UDP optimization.
