This is often caused by your home router’s DNS or firewall settings. Some routers block unknown UDP ports (used in multicast/TS streams) or fail NAT loopback properly. Try using Google DNS (8.8.8.8) and disabling IPv6. Also test if stream types (HLS vs TS) behave differently.
