Evening hours are peak usage times (a.k.a. “Internet Rush Hour”). Your ISP may throttle streaming traffic or the route to your server is congested. Test using VPN — if buffering disappears, it’s a routing or throttling issue. You can combat this by using reverse proxies on multiple datacenter locations or using CDN-powered restreamers.
