Not all players support HLS natively. Some Android-based apps (like Perfect Player) use external decoders and may fail with encrypted or fragmented HLS. Try VLC, IPTV Smarters, or an HLS.js-based web player. Also ensure correct MIME types (application/vnd.apple.mpegurl) and segment size.
