This error usually means:
Your MAC address is not activated by provider.
Provider removed access due to expired sub or terms violation.
Fix:
1. Contact provider to confirm MAC is active.
2. Use another portal to test (if you have multiple subs).
3. If box is reused, factory reset via BIOS or boot menu.
Always save backup of portal settings before reset.
