GSE Smart IPTV remains the most flexible on macOS due to JSON/XTREAM compatibility and robust buffer control. IPlayTV offers a sleek UI but lacks fine control over stream quality. OttPlayer is fast but doesn’t support advanced Xtream functions. For Xtream UI, GSE is best. Also, enable extended m3u when exporting playlists for macOS clients to parse EPG data properly.
